You will learn how to apply and adapt the PRINCE2® principles, practices and processes to a specific project. You will learn how to make decisions, manage risk, monitor progress and apply the methodology effectively in practice.

You must have at least completed the PRINCE2® Foundation training. The PRINCE2® Foundation certificate is not a prerequisite.

The course price includes:

  • A voucher for the PRINCE2® Practitioner online exam.

  • The official PRINCE2® guidebook in an online version
