This training course is designed for those who wish to familiarise themselves with the fundamentals of the PRINCE2® Agile methodology and master the practical basics of agile project management.

It is primarily aimed at:

  • Project support
  • Project team members 
  • Aspiring project managers

You will learn the basic principles of PRINCE2 Agile® and find out how to apply Agile approaches within a structured project environment. Among other things, you will learn how to combine planning, control and project management with a flexible response to changes and the team’s needs.

It is recommended that you hold a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate. The training on the agile approach assumes a basic understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology. If you do not hold a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate, you will find the course much more difficult.
