This training course is designed for those who wish to familiarise themselves with the fundamentals of the PRINCE2® methodology and master the practical basics of project management.

It is primarily aimed at:

  • Aspiring project managers

You will learn the key principles, processes and practices of PRINCE2® and find out how to apply them to real–world projects. You will also gain a better understanding of the roles, responsibilities and structure of a project.

No. The PRINCE2® Foundation course does not require any prior knowledge of the methodology or experience in project management. All the key topics will be explained during the course.
